how-to: no, really… how do you…?

the more i look into the things i want to do with a variety of bits of technology (like my tablet, my zoom h2, any possible future loop pedal purchases, and any live sampling hardware/controllers), the more i come to realize that what i want to do and what is currently possible do not necessarily overlap.

it’s like a venn diagram where two circles stand alone… until someone can prove me wrong, or until such time when i can figure out a way

wish #1: to have a fully functional multitrack audio recording and editing app for my android tablet which will support/recognize/accept audio in from my zoom h2 (at the moment, seems like that’s not quite yet do-able)

wish #2: to be able to use loop pedals (similar to the Boss RC-30, or RC-50) so control the recording, playing and overdubbing of loops/samples from my instruments either through direct 1/4” input or mic’d (with XLR input), which i can then send to a live sampler/controller pad and have at my fingertips (quite literally), a variety of different samples, loops, and tracks that i can choose from, queue up, adjust tempo, pitch, effects, etc. either all at once or independent of one another

wish #3: to be able to combine wishes #1 and #2 together and use everything together to create full songs using semi-minimal hardware, software, and a plethora of instruments in a live setting without necessarily having to pre-record or setup a bank of samples, loops, or other tracks

if anyone knows:

A) if any of these things can be done currently, and if so,

B) how one might go about doing it,

please, submit it and let me know
